Jess has created a modern industrial dining space with warm rustic detailing, wooden tables, cast iron seating, stripped back brick walls, succulents and polished concrete floors. FLAME is a comfortable and modern space – perfect for fun dates, relaxed family gatherings and unforgettable functions. Bookings are advisable because FLAME is busy but walk-ins are welcome. FLAME is a BYO restaurant. We charge a $3/person corkage fee.

FLAME was established in 2014 but the love affair between Steve, Jess and Pizza started over a decade ago……….
Boy (Steve) starts throwing the crust at age 14.
Girl (Jess) is boxing up slices during her final school years.
They’ve never met but mutual friends think that they would be perfect for each other. So….They agree to meet – over pizza!
And there you have it….a destiny defined by love and pizza and now they have FLAME….their love-child created from the perfect pizza partnership

Jess and Steve are well travelled locals. They’ve both grown up in the Shoalhaven and the staff at FLAME have too. Together they form an enthusiastic, bubbly and professional team committed to being friendly and fast with vast knowledge of their product and skill in their customer service roles.
They all readily embrace viable trends in the hospitality industry while still retaining the warmth and history that a pizza place represents to its customers….a place where people gather to share in comforting food with laughter and happiness.
